We are looking for a creative Administrator/Communications Administrator to provide administrative support to company Director in the area of general administration as well as in the field of communications & social media.

What is it all about?

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and great grasp of English language. If you also have administrative and social media marketing experience, we’d like to meet you.
You will be expected to write/edit various company communication materials and reports, create content for company Website, manage updates in social media and provide general administrative support to Director’s Office as needed.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Help to create and implement communication strategy
  • Help to create new content and provide regular updates for company website and social media
  • Draft and edit materials and communications copy of various reports, presentations, documents
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for Director
  • Establish and coordinate company cooperation with local community/charitable organizations
  • Arrange and co-ordinate company meetings and events
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the Director’s Office
  • Deliver other support tasks as required by BSG management

Who are you?

  • Experience in working with on-line/social media and using relevant tools
  • Experience in delivering support to company Management
  • Experience in coordinating external events and providing marketing support
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures, tools
  • Proficient computer skills
