What is it all about?

  • Supporting investor communications in the media
  • Building and managing media relations with specific media outlets in Brussels to support stakeholder engagement on key LTT issues
  • Support external communication of CE countries; facilitate sharing and leveraging on cross country synergies
  • Engage with external stakeholders and cascade business information, strategy and priorities to the internal employee audience
  • Support the production of CE’s leadership communication materials and collaterals such as year-end and corporate videos, corporate presentations
Write articles for on-line newsletters, leadership portal, publications and other channels
  • Support business change projects by developing communication materials and collaterals and working in collaboration with CE HRD on the content and communication logistics
  • Support CE Corporate Affairs Director in direct lobbying of regional stakeholders. Prepare an annual plan of visits and meetings for CE CAD and Exco with regional stakeholders
  • Prepare evaluation and verification of all activities in the alcohol responsibility/responsible alcohol marketing and sale areas, including external audit or research
  • Coordinate and support annual external and internal CSR reporting process and prepare aggregated data for CE (current SD Report and bi-annual SAM reporting)
  • Manage the relations of CE business with regional Comms and PA agency.

Who are you?

  • Bachelors/Masters degree qualified
  • Extensive experience managing international media stories in high pressure environments
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of how public policy debates play out in the media and how to influence public policy through communications
  • Deep understanding of employee engagement, employee communications, corporate communications and change management processes particularly at a leadership level and the role of leaders in engaging their teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to be able to communicate business activities and initiatives in an appropriate and relevant business context, linking such activities and initiatives to the company’s business strategy, its vision, mission, values and value drivers
  • Strong networking skills and ability to represent the CE business in front of senior level external stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and understand how specific actions can influence the bigger picture; how media, politics and business intertwine
  • Fluency in written and spoken English language is essential.
