Compensation & Benefits Manager for a region will be responsible for implementing all C&B support in country. Implement country remuneration guidelines that drive performance and equity.

What is it all about?

Support the regional C&B Head in the Implementation and management of compensation/benefits programs;
Contribute to design or improvement of programs;
Be primary C&B contact for one or more countries, advising on complex cases and off-cycle remuneration decisions;
Conduct analyses of various aspects of compensation and benefits within region;
Support recruitment and retention through deployment of Regional C&B strategy;
Deliver competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structures;
Review job descriptions for various positions and determine grade and appropriate base pay;
Analyse surveys and internal data to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments;
Forecast budget for salary increases and maintain and advise on regional policies including company car, mobility and grading; escalate to Regional C&B Head as appropriate;
Advise on salary increase and grading requests; escalate to Regional C&B Head as appropriate;
Advise on C&B aspects of local legislation, collective agreements, benefits and compensation policies, Support regional team and countries with paycost budgeting.

Who are you?

A relevant HR or business-related degree would be advantageous;
Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist;
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management;
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems;
Previous experience with market compensation surveys;
Knowledge of one CE country’s labour rules and regulations;
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits;
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office;
Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
Language skills: English (fluent) Second regional language an advantage.
