What is it all about?

  • Perform monthly P&L and BS review, comment the variances
  • Work closer with Accounting Department monitor their bookings during the month, instruct them to correct the errors
  • Investigate and report to the Manager any inconsistencies or improprieties and coordinate across the departments any correction or support needed
  • Analyze data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed
  • Monitor and work on the credit management with the credit team and the local sales managers and VP
  • Coordinate the tax related tasks with SSC and local consultants
  • Partner with the Area Vice President, Distribution Managers and Sales Ops Analysts, function leaders to understand and analyze the business, customers, strategies, and overall financials
  • Participate in the mid-term planning, annual budgeting process, if applicable quarterly forecast updates and latest estimates including data coordination and assembly, and variance analytics through review of actual results and forecasting impact of commercial and support function decisions, upload in the relevant ERP
  • Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the assigned departments and commercial organization performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan

Who are you?

  • Finance, Accounting, or related Bachelor’s Degree
  • About 2 years of experience in controlling/financial analysis
  • Finance and Reporting experience with working closely with HQ finance, consolidation and commercial organization within international territory
  • Advanced MS Office package (especially Excel and Power Point) and familiarity with SAP
  • Able to analyze sales and margin, OPEX, OCOS to details, BS overall understanding
  • Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls and apply them
  • Demonstrate insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to business area partners and management in order to drive business resultsAbility to look for, identify, and resolve data discrepancies
  • Strong project management, multi-tasking and organizational skills are a must
  • Problem-solve to optimize the entire suite of available data to best answer questions
  • Working language English
