What is it all about?

Work in a global team Located in 3 regions and 5 locations (Bangkok, Curitiba, Houston, Moncton and Prague)
Complete OTC functionality/Tracks – e-Orders, Front Office, Back Office and Projects.
Facilitate system maintenance health as a top priority!
Provide global expert support for a OTC-tracks
Ensures system maintenance and changes implementation design and process related
Advise on enabled system processes.
Ensure system controls are in place and maintained.
Function as the primary interface between Global Customer Service & EMIT.
Ensure system compliance with Tax/Legal/Regulatory requirements.
Manage & Steward the OTC ticket break-fix prioritization process – work-select tickets.
Review and endorse system change requests.
Coordinate business requirements and facilitate business testing.
Maintain system control catalogues/ risk assessment and implement control report changes, as needed, to maintain effective control measures on behalf of business owners.
Assists in process and application self-assessments and audits.
Provide system and business process input to project activities when requested.

Ability to manage shifting priorities.
Working knowledge of SAP
+3 years of experience in Supply Chain, OTC processes (front and/or back office)
Education in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Economics/ Management (advantage)
