What is it all about?

  • Taking ownership of tech issues raised by customers through the case management system and WebChat
  • Dealing with a wide variety of technical enquiries relating to our finance system from customers from case start to closure, escalating when necessary
  • Actively and efficiently logging support case data and achieving First Contact Fix wherever possible
  • Updating customers on case progress, dealing with their needs, and acknowledging their operational pressures and deadlines
  • Guiding, advising and coaching both colleagues and customers on issue and problem resolution
  • Documenting solutions and producing written guidance on resolution steps and procedures
  • Reporting issues and recommending process improvements to other teams to minimise queries and problems arising and to increase customer satisfaction levels

Who are you?

  • At least 1 year experience on 1st/2nd level support role (application support)
  • You enjoy solving problems. You'll enjoy taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions to issues. If you don't know the answer, you'll dig until you find it. You will be a natural trouble shooter. You will not just enjoy figuring out the solution but also solving the root cause of the issue too.
  • You'll enjoy helping people through to issue resolution. Customers may not be technical wizards so it's all about talking to them on their level to help them.
  • You speak fluent French and English. We look for C1/C2 level in both.
