What is it all about?

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Escalate cases to senior colleagues by fielding questions and providing technical information.

Who are you?

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Advanced English and French (both min B2).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
