What is it all about?

  • You will provide remote L2 tech support.
  • You will manage incidents of medium complexity (working with RCA, ticketing syst- You will provide remote L2 tech support.

  • Configured, installed, tested and operational infrastructure will be your daily task.
  • A proactive approach is needed every day to prevent incidents.
  • One of our aims is to avoid breaches, so you will also monitor SLA and OLA during your shifts.
  • You will put together detailed instructions for L1 Engineers regarding requests, processes and incident resolutions.
  • You will assess risks and use it as a background for creating change implementation plan together with roll-back actions.
  • We like to move forward, so we meet every day to identify potential causes of performance shortcomings and give ideas how to overcome it.
  • You will work one of our shifts (6am-3pm or 9am to 6pm) and also on-call duty (6pm to 6am), for which you will be compensated.em, ITSM, three-strike rule)

Who are you?

  • You are able to communicate in both French and English fluently.
  • You have more than 3yr experience in network administration and Monitoring Services.
  • You have ideally more than 2yrs of experience with a remote support of clients with Tandberg, Polycom, Cisco, Aurenz, Avaya and/or Nortel.
