Consent to the processing and storing personal data

I hereby declare that I agree that the company GoodCall s.r.o., seated at Václavské nám 1, Praha 1, 110 00, ID no.: 02765861, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 223501 (the "Company") will collect, process, preserve and enjoy my personal data in accordance with the law no. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, as amended (the "Act"), which I have provided to the Company for the purpose of procurement of job, including procurement through mobile applications of the Company or which the Company has found about me from publicly accessible Internet networks, ie. I agree with the storing, editing, sorting, combining disclosing to employers for the purpose of offering jobs and with the liquidation of the data (hereinafter "The Purpose of employment"). Furthermore, I confirm that I have been informed in accordance with § 11 of the Act of the following facts and I am aware of my rights under the provisions of § 12 and § 21 of the Act.

  • Processed personal data are in particular my personal and presented information: name and surname, date of birth, nationality, acquired titles, detailed information regarding my contact, including permanent address, email, tel. numbers, educational background and work experience and practice, currently working position, knowledge and skill and requirements for demanded jobs, temporary jobs or work experience and other related optional items.
  • Personal data are processed within the scope of registration completed by me, made by my registration in the mobile application and in the event of a transfer or electronic insertion of my curricula vitae (CV) to the extent of personal information specified therein or to the extent of my personal information publicly available on the respective Internet networks and/or through the mobile application, for the purpose of employment. Processing of personal data is carried out at the premises of an automated means of computer technology and/or manually through card files, in particular by authorized employees of the Company.
  • The processing of personal data is performed only as long as is necessary for the purpose of their processing.
  • The candidate may demand, within the right to access the personal data, information regarding the processing of the personal data and the Company is required to provide the information without undue delay. The Company has the right to require adequate compensation not exceeding the cost of providing the necessary information.
  • The applicant has the right to be informed regarding what specific data and the extent to which the data is being processed; At the request of the candidate, the Company is also required to demonstrate the necessity of the required personal data, and in the event that the applicant believes that the company carries out the processing of personal data in violation of the law, is entitled to request from the Company an explanation, and is entitled to require the Company to correct the condition, especially to block, correct, supplement or liquidate the personal data to the extent it does not conflict with other legislation.
  • The above described course of action does not deprive the candidate of the right to take action directly towards the Office for Personal Data Protection or demand adequate compensation in the event of infringement of the personal rights in accordance with the rules of civil procedure or to claim damages.

The Company has advised the candidate that providing and processing of personal data for The Purpose of employment is voluntary and personal information of the candidate will be retained by the Company for the time that is necessary for the purpose of its processing. The candidate is entitled at any time to withdraw the consent for the collection and processing of personal data. Except for the exceptions provided by the law, the Company is obliged to delete the personal information once the purpose for which the personal data were processed expires. In this case, however, withdrawal of the consent results to that the candidate can't be categorized in the appropriate register.
