EDI e-customer support with German
I'm interested


  • user support per phone and e-mail
  • monitoring of functional mailboxes
  • receive, register, prioritize, forward, track and clarify incidents (incident ownership)
  • supervision of technical processes within EDI tool
  • control of troubleshooting procedures via the internal processes
  • administer technical and organizational data, i.e. ensure quality and up-to-date partner information
  • create data evaluations for assigned partners


  • IT affinity - ability to understand IT terminology
  • understanding of communication methods and protocols (https, AS2, SOAP, SFTP, FTPS, etc.)
  • understanding of encryption and authentication methods (key/certificate auth)
  • understanding of Firewalls (IP/Port clearance)
  • advantage: EDI (X12/EDIFACT), Databases, VANs, SAP experience
  • advanced knowledge of Word and Excel, PowerPoint as advantage
  • previous experience from customer support/help desk as advantage
  • very good communication skills
  • strong customer service orientation
  • quality orientation and accuracy
  • team spirit, sociability and cooperativenes
