Description

The INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE position is responsible for maintaining, growing and servicing existing and new accounts, proactively identifying sales opportunities for Account Managers, reactivating inactive accounts and identifying new account opportunities in the given markets. Additionally, the Inside Sales Rep will closely cooperate with Account Managers to establish strong, long-term relationships with customers and ensure high quality customer service to all external customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent English and German is a necessity
  • Sales oriented mentality
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development and time management
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in email and Microsoft Office, CRM – SalesForce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
