Are you fluent in French and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative with a strong command of French(C1 or C2 level) and business-level English to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best support and assistance.

- Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, product information, and issue resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective problem-solving and order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation using various computer systems (SAP CRM, Excel and Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.

Most Important Qualifications and Competencies:
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred, showcasing your ability to understand and meet customers' needs effectively.
- Fluency or native-level proficiency in French (C1 or C2 level) is essential to communicate confidently with a French-speaking clientele.
- Strong business-level English (B2) for internal communication and collaboration.
Nice to have Qualifications and Competencies:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and helpful interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to work, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and exceeding expectations.
- Computer proficiency and accuracy are essential, particularly in using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Excel.
