We are looking for a Front Office Assistant for our client, who will become a key contact for the clients and partners during their visit to the company.
What is it about?
As a Front Office Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the reception, including welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and processing correspondence. Your task will be to create a pleasant environment for everyone who comes to the office and to ensure effective communication both inside and outside of the company. You will also manage and book meeting rooms and coordinate with other departments for administrative support.

Experience in a similar position or in administration is an asset
