What is it about?
In this pivotal role as an AEM Frontend Tech Lead, you will guide and mentor a compact yet dynamic development team of up to three members, where your technical direction and unwavering support will not only foster the team’s growth but will also steer them towards delivering higher productivity and superior quality outcomes.
Your leadership will be central in the development of custom Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, and workflows that are tailored to meet specific project needs, driving efficiencies and enhancing overall project delivery outcomes.
With a keen eye for personalization, you will implement and optimize AEM's personalization capabilities, ensuring that users are presented with tailored content experiences that resonate with them on a personal level.
Moreover, you will establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and comprehensive processes that will ensure the delivery of high-quality code and effective solutions, all while designing and managing the content architecture within AEM in a manner that promotes scalability, operational efficiency, and a seamless user experience.
Your experience in integrating AEM with third-party systems, especially Magento for eCommerce solutions, will be invaluable in enhancing platform capabilities and driving seamless online shopping experiences. You will also work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables, making strategic contributions to the overall project success.
Who are we looking for?
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in web development, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in frontend development and architecture.
- Comprehensive understanding of AEM capabilities and limitations.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Familiarity with AEM architecture components such as Sling, OSGi, and Oak.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, design sessions, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Fluent in English.
