A few words about us
GoodCall was founded in 2014, at a time when the job and recruitment market was stagnant. Although candidate behavior has changed drastically over the past 10 years, most recruiting techniques have remained the same.
We founded GoodCall to bring a new and fresh approach to recruitment. Our mission is to not only revitalize and develop the entire recruiting industry, but to help talent and companies connect with each other.

European Business DirectorBlake is responsible for leading and inspiring the GoodCall business. He launched and expanded one of Central Europe’s premier executive search firms, but he also has rich experience from award-winning online startups.
Milan Novák
Founder and Chairman of the GroupMilan has over 14 years of experience in the market and has managed some of the most significant recruitment projects in CEE. He lead and built the largest international recruitment organisation in the region.
Josef Kadlec
Founder and Chief Recruitment ArchitectJosef is the author of a revolutionary recruitment book People as Merchandise. He was one of the first LinkedIn headhunters in Europe and a well-known trainer and presenter of modern sourcing techniques.
