What is it about?
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards in the context of Group accounting
- Performing and monitoring bank statement reconciliations to ensure correct postings and transactions
- Reviewing, classifying and recording vendor data and invoices and ensuring the timely and correct posting of all business transactions
- Recording and allocating expense accounts and cost centers as well as managing and tracking purchase orders
- Regularly maintaining and updating vendor master data and financial information
- Communicating with suppliers regarding invoices, payment status and requests as well as clarifying and processing queries and complaints
- Support and co-design of projects for process optimization and implementation of agile working methods
Who are we looking for?
- Proven accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
- Proficient in data entry with strong numerical skills
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously
- Knowledge of SAP, ideally also with Open Text
- Sound user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
- Very good language skills in English, German and further language skills are an advantage
