We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Manager to join an international team supporting clients within the gaming industry.

What is it about?

  • Support business owners with monthly reporting on spending, budgets, and business activities.
  • Coordinate compliance processes and ensure all purchasing requirements are met before procurement activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related questions and client support.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Assist with budget planning, spend tracking, and reporting.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business owners.
  • Work closely with an international team and participate in cross-functional initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in compliance, procurement, finance, consulting, banking, corporate services, or a similar field.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new processes.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Interest in the gaming industry is considered a plus.
  • Fluent English.
