Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of business processes across teams.

What is it about?

  • Manage Reporting Workflows: Ensure internal and external reports are completed, consolidated, and submitted on time. Monitor reporting deadlines and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely contributions.
  • Coordinate Stakeholder Accountability: Track action items and decisions from meetings and ensure stakeholders are held accountable for delivery.
  • Client Ticket & Request Management: Oversee the allocation of client request tickets to the appropriate teams or individuals. Monitor progress and ensure timely resolution and delivery of client-related tasks. Escalate and follow up on unresolved requests to ensure a high standard of client service.
  • Meeting & Communication Support: Attend internal and external meetings to document minutes and capture action points. Distribute meeting notes and follow up via email to ensure action items are completed. Act as a central point of contact for tracking ongoing tasks and ensuring team alignment.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for annual summits and key corporate events. Create event agendas, coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, and ensure smooth delivery. Liaise with vendors, venues, and attendees to provide a seamless experience.
  • Document & Policy Management: Maintain and regularly review internal documents, policies, and templates. Ensure all documentation is stored securely and version-controlled. Coordinate with department leads to update and review policies on a regular schedule.
