We’re looking for an experienced Demand Planner who is ready to take ownership of demand forecasting for a global toy manufacturer bringing joy to children worldwide.

What is it about?

  • Develop and maintain accurate short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts using SAP IBP and market insights
  • Align closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to ensure a unified demand outlook
  • Lead demand review meetings within the S&OP cycle, highlighting risks, opportunities, and underlying assumptions
  • Drive demand planning best practices and continuous process improvements
  • Analyze forecast performance and initiate corrective actions
  • Support forecasting for seasonal assortments, new product introductions, and trend-driven portfolios
  • Safeguard data integrity and optimize the use of planning systems and analytics

Who are we looking for?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
  • Several years of hands-on experience in S&OP and forecasting within an international Toy/CPG/FMCG or matrixed environment
  • Strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning and Power BI
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and high proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional processes and projects
  • Creative, conceptual thinker with a strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge of Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib) - nice to have, not required
  • German language skills - nice to have, not required
