Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization.
- A track record of building or restructuring financial processes in evolving business environments.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for modernizing workflows through technology and innovation.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.
- Solid English and Czech communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Czech financial regulations (a strong plus).
- A hands-on attitude and the ability to navigate uncertainty while driving results.
