Farmaceutical company is looking for an HR Analyst!

What is it about?

• Consolidate monthly payroll journals for each country in order to track and monitor country wise MPC actuals

vs budget across the entire EU region.

• Prepare country wise MPC forecast on a monthly basis, liaising with the relevant Finance team members to

ensure alignment on the numbers.

• Support HRBPs throughout the annual budgeting process, consolidating manpower and headcount

requirements and preparing associated MPC budgets. Liaising with relevant Finance team members to

ensure alignment on the numbers.

• Support HRBPs with salary review process, reviewing and validating data and preparing submissions.

• Support HRBPs throughout the LRP process, preparing MPC costs for inclusion in the Long Range

Planning.

• Collect, compile and analyse HR data, metrics and statistics from a variety of sources such as attrition, field

force effectiveness, exit interviews, employee surveys, recruitment TAT, etc.


• Collect, compile and analyse external data such as labour statistics, salary benchmarking, market practices

and competitor activity to inform decision making.

• Support all members of the EU HR team by running operational reports and compiling management

information.

• Responding to all HR-related report requests such data for HR MIS, compliance reports, absence reporting,

recruitment tracker, training reports, generalist HR information etc.

• Main point of contact for all HR systems related issues across the region, responsible for the tracking and

solving of system based issues and escalating as appropriate.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

• Undertake special HR-related projects and tasks, as required.

Who are we looking for?

- english language - B2 - daily use

- experience with HR agenda, prefferably from the position of HR Analyst
