We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support our client’s HR function during a period of transition and stabilization.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring that core HR processes run smoothly — from contract administration and employee documentation to payroll data preparation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, structure, and continuity in day-to-day HR operations.
What is it about?
- Preparation and administration of employment contracts (HPP, DPP/DPČ).
- Contract amendments and lifecycle management.
- Maintaining and organizing personnel files.
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of HR documentation.
- Preparation and validation of payroll input data.
- Coordination with external payroll provider.
- Tracking changes (contracts, absences, working hours, etc.).
- Ensuring consistency between HR records and payroll data.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Monitoring deadlines and key administrative tasks.
- Assisting with process documentation and improvements.
- Providing general operational support to HR.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in HR administration, payroll support, or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documentation and data.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Czech labour law.
- Good Excel / data handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a structured way.
- Reliability, resilience, discretion, and hands-on approach.
