Installation Supervisor is responsible for leading global machine installations and shaping worldwide production.
What is it about?
As our new Installation Supervisor, you will lead global machine installations and contribute to worldwide production. In this role, you will ensure high-quality installation of machines and plant solutions, support plant improvements and cost optimization, maintain high safety standards on-site, guide and motivate installation teams to achieve top performance, communicate with clients and contractors during installations, and create daily and weekly site reports.
Who are we looking for?
- Technical education (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
- Experience managing site teams and solving technical challenges on-site
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for hands-on work and flexibility to adapt to site conditions
- Fluent English (B2+); Czech and other European languages are a plus
- European passport (required for global mobility)
