We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist to drive business development and manage technically demanding projects in the gas, chemical and energy sectors. This role combines technical consulting, project management and strategic sales, offering a unique opportunity to own projects from first customer inquiry through to final implementation.
You will represent Witzenmann in the Polish market, focusing on large industrial expansion joints and engineered technical solutions, while building long-term partnerships with key industrial players.
What is it about?
Lead and manage customer projects across Poland
Develop tailor-made technical and commercial proposals, including calculations, solution design and material recommendations
Drive projects from inquiry through quotation to successful execution
Act as the link between customers and international production plants
Collaborate closely with teams in Opava, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Hungary and Romania
Build relationships with key customers in chemical processing, gas and energy industries
Present technical solutions, participate in customer meetings and industry conferences
Contribute to market strategy and business growth in the region
Who are we looking for?
Technical education (ideally Mechanical Engineering or similar)
Experience in industrial environments (chemical, gas or energy sectors highly valued)
Background in technical sales, project management or techno-commercial roles
Ability to understand technical documentation, calculations and engineering principles
Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage complex projects independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel
Fluent English and native Polish
