SAP S/4HANA Master Data Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Coordinator to support an international SAP S/4HANA rollout project across multiple countries. You will coordinate master data preparation and migration, work closely with business stakeholders and external consultants, and ensure smooth implementation.
What is it about?
- Be the primary contact for business stakeholders in each new country, and drive timely delivery of master data (Material, Business Partner, Pricing).
- Oversee master data implementation and check that it works as expected in MM/SD processes (orders, invoices and related documents).
- Coordinate communication between the internal team, external consultants and other streams during analysis, UAT and go-live.
- Own end-to-end communication during go-live of each rollout wave.
- Plan and steer cutover per wave: data freeze, open sales order handling and control.
- Keep dual maintenance of master data consistent across ECC and S/4HANA.
- Contribute to analysis and preparation for the Balkan rollout and later waves (local requirements, gaps against the current setup).
- Track open issues, escalate on time and report status to the project team.
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience coordinating business users and external consultants.
- Experience with S/4HANA implementation, ideally including rollouts to additional countries or entities.
- Solid functional understanding of how MM/SD processes and documents should work (orders, invoices) and how master data drives them, including Material Master sales views, SD pricing logic (condition technique, pricing procedure determination) and the Business Partner structure (Sold-to, Payer, Ship-to).
- Experience with dual maintenance of master data across two parallel SAP systems (e.g. ECC and S/4HANA).
- Cutover experience: data freeze, open sales order handling and control.
- Coordination or project management experience in a multi-country, multi-entity SAP rollout, working across multiple streams.
- Czech or Slovak, and fluent English.
