The client is looking for an experienced Software Requirements Engineer to bridge customer, system, and software development requirements within an embedded automotive software environment.
The successful candidate will transform customer and system requirements into detailed software requirements, support software architecture and testing activities, and ensure compliance with automotive development processes and standards.
This is a cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with software, system and quality teams, making requirements engineering a key contributor to overall product quality.
What is it about?
Analyze customer and internal system requirements
Analyze customer and other standards (e.g. ISO norms)
Derive software requirements out of customer and internal system requirements
Support software team in planning and strategy
Support software team in creating software architecture and test specifications
Support system team in developing system requirement and system architecture
Follow company development and quality processes;
Support other task assigned by manager
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor or Master degree, major in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Control engineering etc.
3+ years' Embedded Software Requirments Engineering’ is a must
IREB® (at least CPRE FL) certification prefered
Experience in V model of automotive SW development process as well as ASPICE structure is preferred;
Knowledge of standard such as ISO 17356,ISO 15765 ,ISO 26262 and ISO14229 is preferred
Knowledge on ALM Tools (e.g., Polarion) or other Requirements Management Tools (e.g., Doors®)
Independent way of working.
Good communication in English
Experience in Global project is preferred
