We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller!
What is it about?
- Be responsible for the bookkeeping activities and statutory reporting.
- Oversee accounting policies.
- Actively manage and coordinate the intercompany transactions.
- Assist in developing and functionality expansion of the financial reporting tools and systems.
- Identify any ongoing issues that affect financial reporting and bookkeeping processes.
- Engage in the annual statutory audit routines.
- Proactively participate in the relevant process improvement, new procedures implementation, and internal controls enhancement projects.
- Support group financial controller in the supervision and guidance of the local accounting departments.
- Deal with requests for ad hoc reports or other information preparation to support the company management decision-making process.
Who are we looking for?
- Relevant education and experience with an international company.
- Strong expertise in local accounting standards and IFRS.
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Czech.
