In 2024, after struggling to find a suitable candidate for a PPC Specialist role internally, the company turned to us for support. Successfully filling this first position marked the beginning of a long-term partnership that continues to this day. Since then, we have helped Ewing hire several key professionals, ranging from PPC Specialists to senior leadership roles in digital marketing.

We have been supporting Ewing as a long-term recruitment partner for roles where finding the right combination of expertise and cultural fit is essential. Ewing looks for professionals who are eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and align with a company culture built on trust, collaboration and strong personal relationships.
Our role is to manage the key stages of the recruitment process, from proactively sourcing and engaging candidates to conducting pre-screening interviews, gathering feedback, and maintaining ongoing communication with candidates.
Over the course of our partnership, we have helped Ewing fill several specialist and leadership positions in digital marketing, including PPC Specialist, Head of Digital and Head of Social Media roles. The Head of Social Media position proved to be one of the most challenging. We approached a total of 87 candidates, 56 of whom completed a pre-screening interview, while 9 advanced to the client's selection process. Through targeted sourcing and proactive outreach, we ultimately succeeded in finding the right candidate for the role.
The client's continued trust is the strongest validation of our work. Our partnership with Ewing continues and we are currently helping them fill the fifth position within our collaboration.
