Hi-Tech Services s.r.o. (HTS), a partner of T-Mobile Czech Republic, was gradually taking over the operation of T-Mobile consultation points across the country. As the company was still in its early stages, HTS did not have sufficient internal capacity to manage recruitment and therefore turned to us to set up and run the entire hiring process. HTS reached out to us based on a recommendation from T-Mobile, for whom we have been delivering recruitment services for over three years.
Solution
The recruitment was delivered as an RPO partnership, with our consultant closely involved throughout the project and overseeing everything from the initial strategy to candidates’ onboarding.
Our consultant was responsible for hiring across the Czech Republic for key positions, including Store Consultant and Store Manager. The recruitment process was set up from the very beginning, covering how the selection process was structured, how interviews were run and how we communicated with both candidates and hiring managers.
At the start of the collaboration, we prepared job advertisements and published them on relevant job portals. We proactively contacted candidates, conducted phone pre-screenings and led online interviews that included a model sales scenario. This scenario allowed us to assess candidates’ communication skills as well as their customer-oriented mindset.
We presented shortlisted candidates to branch managers and ensured regular feedback throughout the entire selection process. After an offer was accepted, we took care of onboarding documentation and stayed in close contact with candidates until their first day.
After two years of collaboration, we successfully achieved the set goals. We filled approximately 40 positions and established recruitment processes that the client continues to use successfully.
