HX, known for delivering premium expedition cruise experiences worldwide, was establishing a new office in Prague. This expansion meant hiring more than 100 people across multiple departments including IT, sales and business support. Many of the roles required fluency in German, French or Norwegian, which added complexity to the hiring. HX turned to GoodCall to support the recruitment and drive the expansion forward.
Solution
GoodCall assembled a core team of five specialists: one project lead, three recruiters and one sourcer. As the hiring needs evolved, numerous temporary experts with strong German language proficiency and IT recruitment expertise were brought in. Together, they provided complete recruitment support, ensuring smooth delivery across sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding.

The project covered broad and diverse talent landscapes, with 30 roles filled in IT, 37 in sales and 35 in business operations. Among them were developers, Service Desk leads, Salesforce professionals, German and French-speaking travel consultants, finance specialists and payroll accountants.
