Siemens Healthineers is a leading global company providing medical technology and healthcare solutions. The company needed to strengthen its recruitment team, which hires at least 400 roles annually in the United Kingdom and Ireland region. The company required a full-time senior recruiter fluent in English, capable of managing the entire 360-degree recruitment process, including coordinating the visa process for selected candidates. 

GoodCall provided a full-time Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) consultant with six years of experience in recruitment. The consultant was tasked with managing the entire recruitment process for roles in the Siemens Healthineers sales and service segment in the UK and Ireland, working remotely from Prague.  

Our RPO consultant effectively sourced both active and passive candidates for various roles such as – Customer Service Engineers, Customer Care Representatives, Application Engineers, and PET Chemists. All interviews were conducted remotely with the consultant adapting to candidates' schedules and time zones.  

With a strong commitment to diversity, the RPO consultant applied a diversity-focused approach to recruitment and supported employers in building inclusive workplaces, particularly for candidates with disabilities.
