Teya is a fast-growing fintech company that offers payment solutions, primarily for small and medium-sized businesses. As part of their expansion in the Czech Republic, the company focused on growing their sales and customer relations teams. They turned to us to support their hiring efforts and help set up an effective recruitment process.
Solution
Two experienced RPO consultants took on the project, initially focusing on setting up recruitment processes and training an internal recruiter.
Once the basic infrastructure was in place, we began actively reaching out to candidates. In total, we contacted over 1,200 candidates, conducted 276 prescreenings, and presented 167 relevant candidates.
Candidate selection was based not only on professional qualifications but also on alignment with the company’s culture. A key element was the so-called “culture fit” – making sure each candidate would fit into the team and share the company’s values. That’s why, for every candidate, we focused not just on experience but also on personality, teamwork and the willingness to grow in a dynamic environment.
During the recruitment process, we focused on filling roles in sales and customer relations. These included positions such as Field Sales Agent, Field Sales Leader, Inside Sales Agent, and Customer Relations. In addition, we helped build completely new teams in Ostrava and Brno.
We sent out a total of 32 offers, with 25 candidates accepting and starting. This allowed us to successfully fill key departments and set up recruitment processes that Teya could smoothly continue after our departure.
