Order Fulfillment Specialist (German speaker)

We are looking for who wants to fulfill their career in an exciting role for our client focused on consumer electronics!
What is it about?
- Process sales orders accurately and on time (SAP registration, pricing checks, goods allocation, backorder management)
- Manage deliveries with 3PLs (delivery updates, scheduling with warehouse/carriers, delivery follow-up, shipment/export documentation)
- Register and manage complaints, follow up on solutions, and provide feedback to customers
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Conduct sales data analysis, pricing reviews, and updates on stock availability
- Monitor sales plan performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit Controllers, Demand Planners, and W&D teams
Who are we looking for?
- Fluency in English and German
- Minimum secondary school education with the graduation exam
- 1–3 years of experience in order fulfilment/order management/customer service with hands-on order handling, truck booking, and customer communication
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables, V-LOOKUP)
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive approach
- Ability to follow processes and guidelines
- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and customer understanding
- Emotionally mature, reliable, and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to recognize and promote automated solutions
